WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM OUR team members
In partnership with our mentors, volunteers and partners, we are reaching out to students, teenagers, young people and families with mentoring, training, tools and resources to build emotional resilience, responsible social connections, initiative and wisdom for life’s many hurdles in academics, relationships, entrepreneurship and personal leadership.
TRAINING
Selected applicants must undergo a compulsory 3 weeks training to prepare them for the project
COMMITMENT
You must be committed to working for at least 8-10 hours weekly for the duration of the projects
DURATION
Successful candidates are expected to be available for a minimum duration of 6 months
needs areas
Key areas of need for the project include mentors, content creation, graphic design, photography
AVAILABILITY
You must be available for weekly meetings, reporting and progress evaluations with your project supervisor
experience shape
You will be required to complete the SHAPE program in the course of your work with us. We will take care of the cost.
